Blue Rain Harbor is an information and guidance service. We help you organise, prepare and talk things through. We are not a law, tax, accounting, medical or funeral business, and the legal, tax, registration and medical steps are handled by licensed professionals. Where We Are
Our registered address is in Kumamoto. It is not a walk-in office. Meetings are arranged in advance, by phone or video or, where it suits both sides, in person. Please write first and we will agree how to meet.
