How fees and contracts work in practice
The first conversation is free. After it, you may decide to stop, to carry on by yourself with the notebook and checklists on this website, or to ask for further help. If you ask for further help, we send a written quotation that states what is included, what is not, how long we expect it to take, the fee including consumption tax, how and when payment is made, and how either side can cancel. Nothing starts until you have accepted the quotation in writing.
We do not take payment through this website, we do not store card details, and we do not sell insurance, trusts, investments, graves or funeral services. If a step needs a notary, lawyer, scrivener, tax accountant or doctor, you engage that person yourself and pay them directly; their fees are not part of ours.
If any detail in this notice changes, for example if a standard price list is published or the person responsible is named here, this page will be updated first.
