This page explains what this website stores on your device and which other parties are contacted when you use it. We keep it short because there is little to say.
What we do not do
This website does not set cookies. It has no analytics, advertising, social-media or tracking tools, and it does not show a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, we will update this page and add a choice before the change takes effect.
What is stored on your device

Other parties that are contacted
- Google Fonts: the site’s typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers when a page opens. Your browser sends a request to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser details. We cannot say whether Google sets cookies in that exchange; see Google’s own policies.
- formsubmit.co: only when you press the send button on a contact form, your browser sends the form to this relay, which passes it to our mailbox. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps: we link to a map but do not embed one. Nothing is requested from Google Maps unless you click the link, which opens in a new tab.
Printing and sharing pages
Reading, printing or bookmarking a page does not send anything to us. If you copy a link to a page and share it, the link contains only the page address and carries no information about you or your reading. Nothing on this website identifies you unless you choose to write to us.
Why there is no consent banner
Earlier versions of this website showed a cookie banner and referred to analytics. Neither matched what the site actually does, so both were removed. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts. The only item it writes to your device is the checklist memory described above, which you create yourself by ticking a box. Because we do not track visitors, we cannot tell how many people read a page or which pages they read.
What the checklist memory contains
The stored value is a short list of checklist wording, such as the name of a task you ticked. It contains no name, email address, identifier or timestamp, and it is never transmitted by this website. It stays in your browser until you untick the items or clear your site data. If you use a shared computer, clear it when you finish, because anyone using the same browser profile could see which boxes were ticked.
Controlling storage in your browser
You can view and delete data that sites store in your browser, including local storage, in your browser’s privacy or site-data settings, and you can block requests to third parties with a content blocker. If you block Google Fonts, the site will fall back to a standard typeface and still works.
If you are a visitor from outside Japan
This website is written for people in Japan, but anyone can open it. The same facts apply wherever you are: no cookies are set, no analytics run, and the third parties above are contacted only as described. Because Google Fonts and the form relay may process data outside Japan, your IP address and anything you submit may be handled in other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add a cookie, a statistics tool, an embedded map or any other service that stores data on your device or contacts another party, we will update this page first, show the date of the change at the top and, where the law requires it, ask for your choice before the new item is used.
